Near the picturesque medieval village of LAURAC-LE-GRAND, the old ancient, high-place of the catharism with its church in the typical baroque hispano-Southern style of the area with it's vestiges of fortification (XI, XIII, XVI century) you will find the ESTATE OF ROUJOUX, nestled in the hills surrounded by the vast plain of Lauragais. ISOLATION, TRANQUILITY and ESCAPISIM GUARANTEED ! The ESTATE OF ROUJOUX is the ultimate location for any holiday! you need not look any further.
It is the perfect way to unwind, to have great WALKS , a BARBECUE or a game of PETANQUE. Have a go on the GOLF COURSE with 9 holes in the hill (equipment not provided). The SWIMMING POOL (9x4.5) overlooks the Black Mountain. It has a small paddling pool and is equipped with a barrier of French protection standards. Remember do not forget the sun lotion!! The house fresh in summer, comfortable and is very well equipped. The few ANIMALS of the farm will charm the children. The BAKER passes by 3 times by week bringing bread and croissants. Between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, the doors of Spain, come to discover this land known for its 200 DAYS OF SUN per year, its History CATHARE with, inter alia, the ISCED of CARCASSONNE, its homemade products (CASSOULET), its medieval markets (MIREPOIX), its mountain cheeses and especially its many local WINES. Cerca del pintoresco pueblo medieval de Laurac-le-grand, antiguo señorío, alto lugar del catharisme con su iglesia al estilo barroco meridional hispano, típico de la región y sus vestigios de fortificación (S. XI, XIII, XVI) encontrarán el ámbito de los roujoux, anidado en las colinas sobresaliendo por el extenso llano de lauragais. ¡ Aislamiento , calma garantizada !! Es el marco perfecto para décompre, para hacer grandes paseadas, una barbacoa o una partida de petanca. Ponga a prueba su habilidad por el terreno de golf de aprendizaje de 9 agujeros en la colina (sin equipamiento). La piscina (9x4.5 m.) a vista sobre la montaña negra, se equipa de una barrera de protección a las normas francesas. Sobre todo no olviden la crema solar!!! La casa es fresca en verano, cómoda y totalmente equipada. Algunos animales de la explotación harán disfrutar a los niños. El panadero pasa por el domicilio 3 veces por semana que lleva pan y crecientes. Entre el mar mediterráneo y los pirineos, a las puertas de España, vengan a descubrir esta tierra conocida por sus 200 días de sol por año, la historia 'cathare' con, entre otros, el cine de carcassona, sus productos de la tierra (cassoulet..), sus mercados medievales (mirepoix..), sus quesos montañeses y sobre todo sus numerosos vinos locales. Esta región de cereales con sus múltiples facetas les encantará y despertará sus sentidos. Acogerse muy pronto en este remanso de paz. Die wenigen TIERE des Bauernhofes werden die Kinder begeistern. Der BÄCKER kommt 3 Mal pro Woche und bringt Brot und Croissants. Alcuni ANIMALI della proprieta agricola onoreranno i bambini. Il PANETTIERE passa a domicilio 3 volte alla settimana con pane e alt iscotti a scegliere, mezzaluna. Tra il Mer Mediterraneo e i Pirenei, alle porte della Spagna, venite a scoprire questa terra conosciuta per i suoi 200 GIORNI di SOLE a l'anno, la sua storia CATHARE e con e con, il Citta di CARCASSONNE, i suoi prodotti del terreno (CASSOULET..), i suoi mercati medioevali (MIREPOIX..), di tanta qualita nei formaggi e soprattutto inei suoi molti VINI locali..
